My stay at the condo was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right near Manhattan's nightlife and close to several subway lines for easy exploration. though the noise levels were quite difficult at times. The room was decent for a last-minute reservation, but it felt cramped for four adults. If you're planning to spend much time indoors, I would recommend looking for a more spacious option.

The room was decent, but a bit cramped for four adults. I would suggest opting for a larger suite if it's available.
Service
6.0
Service was satisfactory, though a little disorganized due to construction at the front desk area.
Location
8.0
The location was ideal for accessing various attractions and nightlife, perfect for those who want to explore the city.
Dining
6.0
The option for chocolate muffins was a nice touch, but I didn’t explore other dining options during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
While it offered dry cleaning and valet parking, the mandatory facilities charge felt misleading.

I had a pleasant stay at the condo, with its prime location making it easy to explore the city. The room was bright and comfortable, though I did notice some issues with housekeeping that could be improved. Overall, it was a great budget-friendly option for my trip!

The room was bright and comfortable, offering good space for my needs. However, I experienced a lack of housekeeping, as the bed wasn't made, and I didn't get fresh towels during my stay.

The location was fantastic, close to the subway and main attractions, making it easy for me to get around. However, the front desk area was congested due to ongoing construction.

There were great dining options nearby, with Anita Gelato on the corner being a must-visit. I enjoyed fresh-made gelato in the evenings after exploring the city.

The facilities included some convenient services like dry cleaning and valet parking. However, I did miss more regular housekeeping.

5.2/10

My stay at the condo in Flatiron was a mixed bag. The location is absolutely prime, just a couple of blocks from Eataly and Madison Square Park. While my room was clean and had many essentials, the noise from the rooftop bar made it hard to sleep, even with the white noise machine they provided. Overall, I'd say it's a decent place to crash if you don't mind some nightlife sounds.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and equipped with a king-size bed that was surprisingly comfortable. However, the HVAC system was a bit of a nightmare, fluctuating between freezing cold and sauna-like heat.
Service
5.0
I found the service to be pretty lackluster. Check-in was awkward since the staff seemed disengaged and I had to ask for certain items like an iron.
Location
10.0
The location was a huge plus. Being close to Broadway and the subway at 23rd St meant I could easily get around and enjoy my time in the city.
Dining
5.0
The condo offers some light snacks but I wish there were more dining options available directly on-site.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were okay, but I was disappointed by the limited luggage storage options and the issues with the ice machine. It could definitely use some improvement.

My stay at the condo was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic and close to various subway stops and Manhattan sights, the service and overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. It would have been great to enjoy a more reliable hospitality and amenities.

Rooms
6.0
The room featured a king size bed with a foam mattress, which was comfortable. however, I missed having a bathtub and also noted some areas needing maintenance.
Service
5.0
I encountered issues at the front desk, which seemed congested due to ongoing construction. Staff did not provide the level of hospitality I had hoped for.
Location
9.0
The location was a strong point for me, being near the entertainment options I chose for the evening and close to subway access at 23rd Street.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited. I came across some hot dogs nearby, but didn't find many choices for a more substantial meal.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like dry cleaning and valet parking were available, but I did not use them during my stay.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. the location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks from Eataly and Madison Square Park, but the service and room quality left much to be desired. I encountered several issues with the air conditioning and the amenities were below expectations, especially for the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
I was placed in one of the smallest rooms, which unfortunately felt more like a budget motel than a luxury hotel. The air conditioning barely worked, making for uncomfortable nights. and the bathroom offered zero countertop space. While I did enjoy the shower’s features, the overall ambiance of the room was lacking.
Service
5.0
The service was incredibly disappointing. I often felt ignored by the staff and the contactless approach meant I missed the personal touch that enhances a stay. I had difficulties getting responses through the app, and a simple request for towels turned into a larger hassle.
Location
5.0
On the upside, the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city. close to nightlife and just steps from the subway. This made getting around incredibly easy, which was a big plus for my trip.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were quite limited, consisting of just a few cereals, bananas, and apples. not exactly what I expected for a hotel of this caliber. Given the price, I hoped for more substantial offerings.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed operationally broken. the laundry issues and basic maintenance items like a broken ironing board didn’t help the overall experience. I was looking for more in terms of amenities for the price.
